By accessing pixellanternfjell.asia or commissioning a piece from Pixel Lantern Fjell Ltd., you agree to the following terms.

Commissions & Deposits

All bespoke commissions require a non-refundable 50% deposit before fabrication begins. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping. Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations post-deposit will result in forfeiture of funds to cover raw materials and labor.

Material Characteristics

Wood and metal are natural materials. Variations in grain, color, and patination are expected and celebrated. We do not consider these variations to be defects.
