As every piece is crafted entirely by hand, lead times vary based on complexity and our current schedule. Generally, bespoke commissions require 12 to 24 weeks from final drawing approval to completion.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We crate all furnishings securely in custom-built wooden encasements and coordinate with specialized art logistics firms to ensure safe delivery anywhere in the world.
How do I maintain my furniture?
We provide a comprehensive care kit with every piece. Because we use natural oil and wax finishes, maintenance is simple. Avoiding direct, intense sunlight and extreme humidity fluctuations is key. A light re-waxing every six months is usually sufficient.
Can you work with client-supplied materials?
Occasionally, if a client possesses timber with significant personal history (e.g., from a family estate), we will assess its structural viability. However, we cannot guarantee working with outside materials until a thorough inspection is complete.
